You have put together a very good action plan. I think your school district is headed in the right direction. I think you have selected great evaluative measures to ensure effective implementation of your action plan. I agree that the STaR chart will provide you and your district with the best data. It is good to see that your SBDM is looking ahead to the integration of technology by all teachers on campus. Keep up the good work!
Wow is what I thought when I first read this. I felt so inadequate compared to this comprehensive plan. Glad to hear it was SBDM and your ideas together. This plan is so comprehensive and covers every aspect of the technology goals. Does the flow of management work? It seems it would cause alot of back and forth with very little forth. The only thing I would add is who is in charge of the actual training. Is it going to fall only on technology?
Delany, this is a very comprehensive plan. I understand that you are on the SBDM team that is responsible for creating the plan, but I agree with the comments regarding determining who is going to facilitate the training. With budget cuts in technology across the state, some of the training may have to be distributed to other areas.
